We ship all orders from Geneva, Switzerland, using Swiss Post.

 Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

  • Shipping method: Swiss Post (Priority or Economy)
  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days
  • Tracking: Provided for all shipments
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout 

 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! (unfortunately we are unable to ship to the United States at the moment)

  • Shipping method: Swiss Post International
  • Delivery time:
    • Europe: 4–10 business days
    • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
  • Tracking: Provided (where available)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Important: You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by your country.

 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your scarf! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns work:

 Eligibility

  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
  • You must notify us before returning: [Your Email Address]

Non-returnable items

  • Customized or personalized scarves
  • Gift cards (if offered)
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item was incorrect or defective, we will cover the return costs or offer an exchange/refund.
