1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store and govern the contractual relationship between the customer and Isabel Pradilla, based in Geneva, Switzerland.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We offer original, artist-designed scarves that are:

  • Hand-drawn by the artist

  • Digitally printed using high-quality techniques

  • Made from 100% silk or silk blend fabrics

Each scarf is produced with care, and we strive to represent our products accurately. Please note:

  • Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the nature of silk and digital printing as well as photography.

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings.

3. Orders & Contract

  • When you place an order on our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase a product.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance.

  • The contract is concluded once we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in the event of stock issues, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT, where applicable.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

  • Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Geneva, Switzerland via Swiss Post.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Switzerland: 2–4 business days

    • Europe: 4–10 business days

    • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

  • These are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal service.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as customs processing or postal disruptions.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

  • We are not responsible for delays or additional fees incurred at customs.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your scarf, but if you're not satisfied:

  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at isabel@isabelpradilla.com with your order number.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund (excluding original shipping fees).

Please note:

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and a description.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, product images, and website content are the intellectual property of Isabel Pradilla.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
